🎁 Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

As all my products are made especially for you and personalised with names, photographs, messages or custom designs, these items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.

Please double-check all names, spelling, dates and personalisation details before placing your order.

 

📦 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible.

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of the issue so I can help resolve it.

Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair or refund may be offered in accordance with your consumer rights.

💕 Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

For personalised items, cancellation requests may not be possible once work has started. Statutory cancellation rights will still apply wherever required by law.
